У меня такой 2,3 бенз, правда, не гибрид, расход- пиздецц, 17/100 км литров в городе. Ебал я в рот такие расходы. Мудаки американские не могли поставить автомат нормальный. Засунули 4-х ступенчатую шнягу.

The Fact is Ford is paying Toyota rights to use the "Prius Technology" on the Escape hybrid. so you could not say they can defeat highlander as thats where they got the technology from....get the FACTS!! right!!

Will the Plug-in Escape even be produced?? I am tired of seeing a concept look different than it was presented. I am tired of seeing a car that is spoken like it will be produced not produced.

I got a 2008 Hybrid about two months ago. Its the best car I could have imagined. Thanks Ford! Really, The Escape Hybrid is a great car. I think it could be the vehicle that turns America away from dirty guzzlers to new clean vehicles. Test drive one today!!

I got the 2wd because it gets better gas mileage. I traded in a Jeep CG 4x4 v8 - i hardly ever used the 4wd - less than one percent of the time I had it.
I think it depends on your needs as a driver. It would be nice to have the 4wd, but I never used it and and happier getting a higher mpg all the time.

If I was forced to get a hybrid I think it would be the Escape Hybrid. It gets great gas mileage but is also utilitarian and isn't shaped like a potato, like the Prius.

I would really really like an option to plug it in so i can up the milage and thinflex solar pannels on the roof and or hood that feed into the batteries

Go to Greenhybrid and look for Pictures from Raven... a few vehicles with a solar setup.
