@nick06111226 The sirens heard are Federal Signal Thunderbolt 1000s sounding a 3 minute "alert" signal.

In the Eastern and Middle parts of the USA that means Tornado.

@indyfan22k well a siren can mean anything in the us like fire, flood, tornado, hurricane, and tsunami oregon is on the west coast close but not the closest to japan
