Its Called 'Tilt Shift'.....it's a kind of technique. Photographers have done this forever. But to see it being used in a vid is amazing

The guy who did this video put some kind of effect to LOOK like a miniature.

@cavalier2305 This is not an effect. This lens is called "tilt shift". It's expensive but the results are some awesome, like in this video.
