Nearly all cities allow official vehicles (police, fire, ambulance, etc) to temporarily park in controlled areas. Even on job allocated lunch breaks, the employee is still on the job (in uniform) and the vehicle still remains an official vehicle.

Okay JimmyJustice. So you videotape traffic police for "breaking the law"....... Maybe someone should videotape you when you flip out on these people. Since disorderly conduct is against the law, you should be filmed. It's quite ironic that while videotaping traffic police "breaking the law" You manage to break the law yourself. yep exactly what i was gonna say! the back of his truck is like 4 ft away from the sidewalk!! i once got a tkt for being more than 1 ft away from the sidewalk!! if he was gonna tow someone there he would also need to warn drivers with like a red orange cone or lights on his truck.

I can appreciate that cops shouldn't be allowed to get away with the same laws they're sworn to uphold, but calling this tow truck driver an "animal" is way over the line. you should REPORT the incidents, and not CAUSE further incident.
