@chrome180 - Pennsylvania has a closed primary. Democrats can only vote for Democrats, and Republicans can only vote for Republicans.
As a former Navy civilian employee, my heart belongs to the Navy, and I voted for Vice Adm. Joe Sestak, who emerged victorious!
Joe gained his third star, but retired at the lower two-star rank because he hadn't been a 3-star long enough to retire at that rank.
