Well, let me tell you a story... I had a real virus once. My antivirus was disabled without any notice, my pc got slightly slower... that was about everything I noticed at first. Then all the .exe files on my pc were infected or destroyed, all of my contacts recieved messages containing the virus, my browser would not allow me to access any av-websites, my backups and system restores were corrupted and finally, my pc would not boot anymore, so I had to wipe all my hard disks.

@GereonB Well i have had this before, easy solution... go to cmd type {net user (your administer user name) * } then write a new password, it will give possibly stop the hacker for a little while and while he is tryin to get the password, re-enable the avg and fix it, unless it is malware or trojan hope this helps for future references :)
