the reason that the canadian army is relatively small is because the average canadian citizen does not give priority to funding the military. it has no reflection on the capable strength of the canadian forces. in our history canada has always been able to do its part in causes that they support. since canadians do not support american war causes today we do not vote for politicians that do and that is why our military funding is so low. it's not that we are physically/financially incapable.

The west loves Harper, and he is making incredible strides in the East. People like you should hope he achieves a majority Govt, then we can raise the minimum wage to $9.32 an hour! Wouldn't that make your day........

I think someone who has yet to acquire spelling skills has anything intelligent or meaningful to say about a great conservative leader. its people like him (and me) who hire people like you, so its best you accept your role in society, collect your paycheck, eat your $5 pizza, and let the talented make sure you have a job in the future.
