Following the recent ruling by the Court in Brussels on Samuel Ghilain - who currently resides in Ukraine - Foreign Affairs will comply with the court order to deliver a passport to the child.
it seems the battle for Laurent and Peter to get their son home is finally at it's end!

dat voor een heterokoppel één en ander wel kon, na 6 maand Als dat waar is is er nu sprake van schending v het gelijkheidsbeginsel (grondwet), en ook van discriminatie (antidiscriminatiewet)..
I have really lost all respect for the Belgian government. I don't understand why their isn't some sort of street protest. This is an atrocity!! Bureaucracy gone mad!!!

Straatprotest kan nog altijd, maar er zijn
misschien juridische mogelijkheden.
