Oh, I didn't kwow such joint two great guitarists performance. Appreciate uploading, share this with us. Both are similar age and so am I. I look forward coming Char's live event in September.
Come on, Clapton and Cream have fans worldwide and you cannot expect everyone can speak or sing in a perfect seocnd language. Char is every good in English already for an Asian local player.
I saw him when I was stationed in Japan in the 80's. Takanaka is a freak, and I mean that in a good way. Would love to see him jam with Dickie Betts or Warran Haynes or the likes. If he ever comes to my part of the states, I will be first in line.

That's not a Gibson SG...that is a Takanaka-san's Yamaha Signature Model.
tak178 4 years ago
That's right, Takanaka has been using Yamaha for ages.
BTW music has no boundaries, I have listen to Japanese guitarist for a long time, they are great!

It's probably still an SG..It looks like it's based on the Yamaha SG 2000 like Carlos Santana used to play..
cridlingstubbs 4 years ago
That's rite, it's a YAHAMAH SG and it's like Carlos' but it's Takanaka's own custom model.
