The key here is being persistent. I used to wonder why it had not worked for me when using it only a couple times a day. Well, the answer is that it works most if you use it ON THE SPOT when you FEEL the NEGATIVE EMOTION. And the results really are ACCUMULATIVE.
I am already beginning to notice significant results in my actions and willpower and fears in some areas of my life are beginning to drop away quite naturally.
The book is like a college manual, but if you read the first little bit of it, I think you'll get the main idea. It will teach you to recognize the control you have over emotions, and after a while of practice, you'll get to where it becomes second nature to use the method and you'll notice quite a change in yourself and how you handle things.
