Additionally, there are many explanations. She might have had a toothache and was holding the painful area, which is common. She might have had a deformity or blemish that she was embarrassed about. And, I didn't see her talking, but maybe she HADN'T seen the camera, but then noticed it, turned and muttered something like "What's this?"
