I don't remember where i got it. Probably ebay. Search for "EL Sheet". The best fiber optic place I found is "The Fiber Optic Store." The guy's name is Paul who runs it and has a website and sells on ebay. YT doesn't allow web addresses in the comments, but searching that full name will send you to the right place.

I heard he';s only selling ion ebay now. I'll try to get his user name. It's not obvious. Rumor had it that he is/was going to get his website going again 'soon'.
