It is illegal to do it without spending the million dollars and the fines start at about $30,000. One google search will warrantee all the info you need. For those that don't know it costs about a million dollars to get "certified" by the state to convert cars to CNG. It is illegal to do it without spending the million dollars and the fines start at about $30,000. One google search will warrantee all the info you need.
