  • @Aueneye

Almost every track on We Died, They Remixed is better than the Architecture in Helsinki originals.

  • WTF XD

  • badass remix

    electrizing!! \o/

  • lllove it

  • naj naj naj naj anaj

  • Dobry remix

  • the best remix.......... :))

  • aaaand, i like how he re-pitch shifts karins vocals. I only found out the day that olaf doesn't even sing. No fucking way man.

  • Shurrup America, no need for remix vs other remix vs original wars. This is not the point of a remix. It's not meant to be an alternative to the original.

  • Actually, that's exactly what a remix is: an alternative of the original. You're a retard.

  • I'm sorry but you just Demolished her.

  • By that I mean, you are not supposed to decide whether you like one or the other. It ain't a football match. The remix isn't meant to replace the original in some kind of league table, it's not an alternative in the way that soya is alternative to meet. It's just another take on the song. It's art. You get me? Probably not.

  • @SarahMacgregor THERE'S NO WAY soya is an alternative for "the meet"

    :D

  • @SarahMacgregor What if I did a remix of this remix? Its possible but how would that be titled?

  • love it

  • this is cool. more fitting for a club or whatnot than the original but i prefer the original on an everyday basis.

  • I love this remix, speeded up and very techno friendly... Hybrid use this in their DJ sets.

  • This is pretty sweet... but the Ratatat remix owns all!

  • cool, but the original is only a bit better

  • man if you like house music this is fuckin earthshattering. i definitely appreciate both versions but the originals still better

  • this remix sucks balls. don't waste your time, check out the ratatat mix instead.

  • this one is dance, ratata's is something else.

i like ratata's better, no question, but this piece, as it's meant strictly for a dancefloor, is truely good as well.

    i hope i made myself clear.. :S

  • great remix of original

  • This is very Cøl.

  • this rocks :D

  • best remix of song

  • lol, ratatat is much better :) Trees there will be, apples fruits maybe.

  • No, I think the original song is way better. This version just sounds like they sped everything up and simplified it. Instead of the kickass beats from the original, we're stuck with a pretty traditional boom ch boom ch in this version.

  • I like Ratatats more in this case, but there is a difference between this and Trentemoellers. Trentemoellers track is club-oriented, and i quite sure that he could produce an interesting and detailed piece - like Ratatats. I don't agree on this being a boom boom track - Trentemoellers music is high above that

  • Yeah trentemoller describes his music as MINIMALIST, so the simple part of it is expected. However thats what makes trentemoller so damn good, sometimes simpler is better, especially when you can execute it perfectly.Kinda like quality over quantity, you dig?

  • Decent, better than the original.. but I have to agree that Ratataq is better.

  • Ratataq better

  • It's spelled Trentemöller, with the two dots on the o (they're called an "umlaut", without the umlaut, it would sound like the o in pony, with the umlaut, it sounds somewhat like the u in burn).

Trentemoeller is more or less exact too. IF you don't have a ö on your keyboard, you can use oe, because they're pronounced the same way. But Trentemöller is the most exact.

  • The correct spelling is actually Trentemøller, the Ø makes an "oo" sound, it's Danish as he is from Danmark.

I love this remix and also the Ratatat remix is awesome too. The Knife is awesome.

  • Actually, the right way to spell it is: 'Trentemooler'. His name has the 'oo' because he realised that most people dont have the'Ø' or 'ö' characters on their keyboards.

  • DJ Rhubarb is the only correct one. It's his last name and that's how you spell it in Danish. An ö would be used only if he was Swedish. And mind you all we're only talking about the related Scandinavian languages. Röyksopp for example is a Norwegian group, but they stylistically chose to use an ö instead of an ø. I guess it looks more worldly:)

  • yea DJRhubarb is the correct one, the Knife really is awesome :D

the remix is a bit unimaginative isn't it? but of course still very nice

  • trentmoller really is pushing the bar for electronic music producers all over the world, him and james holden of course.....

  • perfect

  • wicked remix, period.

  • This is the best electronic number ever!! will never stop listening to it!
