  • Holy hell how the frick!!

  • You're a legend :)

  • That shit is hard, I almost threw up on my carpet <,<

  • crzy video i like tnx for motivation

  • I wonder if I´m doing right when I do these push ups (the regular), do you really have to stretch the arms all the way, like the guy that you respond this video to? if I have completely outstretched arms, I can´t do them. But if I pull in my arms a bit at the shoulders then I can do them, my arms are still stright

  • how did u get a six pack with out crunches atleast?

  • @LuPe8240 He does exercises like this. I did 3 reps of the "easiest" push up 0:40 , the day after, my stomach hurts like never before

  • @creager111 wow.. then i gotta give it a try....

  • @LuPe8240 The main reason most people can't see their 6-pack is not that their abs are undeveloped, but that that they have a layer of fat in the way. You burn more calories and fat with exercises that engage multiple muscle groups. For instance, push-ups work your arms and chest, and if done with perfect form, also engage your core to keep your body straight throughout the movement. Another great tool is the Power Wheel (link on my site), which engages arms, chest and shoulders along with core.

  • @ramusic10 thanks man.. i forgot about the wheel thing i have one of those and when i use it it burns the shit outta my core... i still use it but at the gym

  • This truly is the hardest push up in the world... I'm 13. I can go through 30 diamond push ups... 55 push ups...But this.... This is on a whole other level... I can only do 7 of these.. and my arms hurt a bit.. wow...

  • Omfg you bvirthday is the same as mine haha

  • Great vid!!

  • @ramusic10 Haha, that pritty epic , an you did it with a gym? Woah, im reasonably strong but have never been good with working out with my own body weight.... any tips

  • wow! how do u do that? you're so strong. i can't even lift my self at full extension. haha. btw. thanks to your WORDS OF WISDOM. :D

  • haha you were born on the same date as me !!! :)

  • Great info and motivation. Thats what motivates me to train every day.

  • when I grow up I want to be like you

  • I was born june 28 but im only 18

  • very amazing and ur strength is superb..although a little cocky attitude but, i see why you feel you are entitled to be so "cocky"

  • @SkooterBro23 You're right, and the cocky attitude is by design, to rev people up, not my usual demeanor at all.

  • RESPECT!

  • my wrestling coach is 66 and can do stuff like this. he would always mock us at practice by walking across the entire gym on his hands.

  • Do we really need body strenght when we are an awesomely talented musician who played with The Master Zappa?

  • You look awfully young for 61! That's just awesome to do those kinds of push ups at that age, you're more than three times my age! I'm 19 1/2

  • U sound exactly like TOM CRUISE dude...try watching last samurai sounds jus like u thumbs up for cloking it :)

  • You rock , man !!! Can you sing "Whippin' Post" while doing that? =D I loved your work with Frank Zappa !!! You should send some music videos too !!!"

  • You are just amazing. I want to look how you look when i´ ll be 61. Keep your work up, cause it´s great. You said, you don´t go to the gym right? So what do you think about the gym?

  • hi ur vid is awesome...im goin to the fitness for a long time but i cant do anything from that...my weight is 72kg and im 182cm (17 years old)....i can benchpress 105kg. But no way...any tipps? :)

  • @legu333 Extend your hands an inch or so farther out each time you train push-ups. Take your time and don't expect it to happen over night. Eventually your arms play less of a part and it becomes a full body exercise accentuating your core strength.

  • @ramusic10 thx for the quick answer. I will try it.

  • how do i get abs like u?

  • im 15. I don`t lift weigths.I train ju jutsu and swimming.thumbs up!!

  • Hello,

    Im amased

I can do really crazy stuff on parrallel bars .

    But you.........

    Respect

    Great body in your age

    You re really motivaiting

    thanks

  • @hyperplasical Thanks for the great comment. I was a gymnast in high school (1966) and p bars was my favorite piece.

  • I can do it. but it hurts my back.

  • doing them on your finger tips doesnt help any does it? it may well be harder but what benefits does it have on making your overall strength go up?

  • @rmacrae91 Actually, it does increase your overall strength. Clearly it would in your fingers, hands and forearms, but it also has an overall effect due to incorporating more stabilizer muscles as well.

  • that was def not the hardest push up. look up planche push ups and you have my respect

  • @Rockford91Fosgate i agree, planche push-ups are a serious challenge, and I'll be doing a video on them in the future. This video is in response to other videos that claimed normal full extension push-ups were the hardest of all.

  • @ramusic10 can you do planches? im training to be able to do them. i can push a couple hand stand push ups out

  • @Rockford91Fosgate Handstand push-ups are no problem for me. I have a video here on my channel where I knock out 30 of them. I don't have planche push-ups down yet, but I have a systematic approach I'm using to build up to them. I'll post a video soon to show you what I'm doing.

  • I'm 17 and I do 200 push ups a day. Is that too much?

  • @CSStrikerSC Doing them every day does not allow your muscles to recover. Lack of recovery time slows the growth of your muscles.

  • @ramusic10 ok.. thanks !!

  • this guys nutttts, and i lov it haha

  • my bro and i do pushups all the time in our daily routine workout. we dont do anything as intense such as the pushups performed in ur vid but we do things like diamond and full stretch. now is it bad to do this on a dialy routine cuz ppl say that we shud do this every other day or 3 times a wk. pleaze respond quickly and thanku!!

  • @dogman683 It's good that you're motivated to work hard, but you actually slow down your muscle growth by overtraining. Muscles only grow with adequate rest and recovery time. I would suggest every other day at the most. Thanks for the good question.

  • damn u r good but guess what there is this guy that does the same push up with 2 hands but using the index finger sorry disapointed u

  • @MrTonino1234 Why would I be disappointed? How does that beat what I did in my video?

  • I'm 15. I can only do 60 push up a at go. Is that very bad for my age?

  • @Pwnzxc No, I wouldn't say that's bad. If you want to make them more intense (always a good thing), try doing "diamond" pushups where you put your hands close together so there's a diamond shape between your two thumbs and index fingers, then drop your nose into the diamond at the bottom of each rep. Also, try doing them with your hands down towards your rib cage instead of right under your shoulders.

Stay with it, you're doing fine!

  • i enjoy watching your videos and i randomly happened to come across them by chance. i am amazed with your strength, especially combined with your age! i am a gymnast and free runner from the UK, and in my background (i don't mean to sound challenging or disappointed, believe me i am not!) but im pretty sure i wouldn't be mistaken in saying that the planche pushup beats this. do some research if you haven't seen it already, i think you'll be pleasantly surprised. :) happy training!

  • @TheTraceurLiam Yes, planche push-ups are very challenging, but to say they "beat" this is like comparing apples and oranges, since planche push-ups involve pushing with your arms back at your center rather than fully extended.

I've never worked at developing planche push-ups before, but I've decided to start working on them, as I agree with you, it's a great challenge.

Happy training to you too, and thanks for the comment.

  • I love you so much and I don't even know you -Thank you so much for your video.

  • Woah! You're 61! Oh my god, you are a beast!!!

  • your crazy how do you do this shit!!!

  • ass hole!!! lol you make me look bad

  • impressive!!!

  • I've seen a really strong guy do this. He reached out as far as he could, then did fingertip pushups. You look like you use your back and hips more than he did. With him it looked like a straight shoulder push. The hips did very little. He could clean and jerk 380 lbs over his head.

  • @robertslistening There's really no back or hips involved in this, or even arms. It's mainly core and shoulders. Did this "strong guy" do it on one hand?

  • Robert, from now on you have a new FOLLOWER :D

  • U da best Robert!!!

  • hi robert i want ask you something about raw egg whites : are thiis assimilated by our body

    thanks for your time

  • If you google "raw egg whites" you'll find quite a few reasons not to eat them.

  • Embarrassed by my addition error! Had to correct it and fess up.

  • Sorry, your previous question about finger sliding was erased by mistake. Just stick with it and your hand and finger strength will get there. It's not easy for me either!

  • Thanks for being my inspiration, Robert. You always say keep doing what you're able to do and above all else don't hurt yourself exercising. Injury is self-defeating.

  • how wil u teach lol

  • try one hand fingertips only with one leg raised

  • i cant even do one of any of those!! i have a six pack, pecs, and stuff. and i cant even do one

  • lol thats crazzy when u keep doing it harder lol to say your 61 thats mentle verry strong man

  • Thanks Andrew. Help me spread the word.

  • lol u are 10 times stronger than u look

  • @saurav26 20 times

  • That is AWESOME...YOU ROCK!

  • Thank you! Please help me spread the word.

  • im gonna start this up!!

  • wow this guy is a gangster

  • Hi Robert. I have the LGNAAA dvd already. What are the interim steps I can utilize to work up to the ability to do various types of full extension pulls, like you often show with other exercises in your video? Another fabulous video you've presented to us here.

  • Hi Tom, and thanks for the compliment. To learn full extension push-ups, just move your hands a little further forward each time you try them. Also be aware that at full extension, it's more of a core and shoulder exercise than arms and chest. Hope that helps.

    Robert

  • Thank you so much, Robert. I appreciate your time and exercise offerings greatly.
