The animation is supriseingly good. The cops are suprisingly determined, and it's also cool that's its from before he could fly, maybe, it seems incosistant. Their constuction seems rather shoddy though, building towns at the base of dams, and the wall of the museum appears to break apart and fall over as if it's only a few very big blocks. Great find.
Also, for some strange reason, Clark's shadow getting undressed is always my favorite part.

It looks a lot like Godzilla and this cartoon was made in 1942. It kinda gets one thinking.

His name was Bud Collyer. And you're right, he also was Superman voice on Filmation's cartoons.

Collyer had the longest run of any Superman actor playing Sups on the Radio, in the 40s Cartoons and in the Filmnation Series
