try pressing F10, go audio settings and go to sample rate, put all the way to >)max

it should help, further more, when makeing music, tru excluding the mixer for the sound u dont use, and for an overall test u just have to put all mixer channels on again and save it to mp3( Or wav. for better quality, but it will take alot of space)

The CPU load is just whats it called and this is because it was saved into MP3 format or something.

When you save it, the CPU load is yeah.

The more Sytrus or somethong that you have playing at once the worse it sounds.

You just have to either raise the the buffering rate or use less sounds.

thats what i'd recomend, but that';s just me.
