i just got a hingston hyper 120gb sad in my 2008 mac pro, and contrary to the "lion slow down" lol...i did a disk repair, and verification of disk and permissions till it was clear and if you think that was fast (which it was blazing) my apps open like you are thumb flipping a deck of cards, seriously, it's insane..ssd's are the way to go..i have 60gb sad in my g5 with 8gb of ram that i'm selling and that thing is unreal too, but nothing like the macro..has only 6gb ram now..u guys gotta c this
