Uh... yeah, I would get an Eevee and MAYBE evolve it into an Umbreon. If you had a special Pokemon that can electrocute, Freeze, or any lethal attack I would stay the hell away because unlike cartoons, we can brush that kind of thing off in a second. Pokemon would be feared ferocious animals that may be hunted or eaten or we would try to kill em all instead of catching them all. Charizard, you have fun with that lol.
I don't think this is a fail. Though he is not technically the dragon type, Charizard definitely resembles one. Also, a Charizard isl used by lance, the dragon master of the elite 4 in pokemon gold and silver. In addition, Charizard is the only non Dragon-type to learn Dragon Claw via level-up. Which means that there is definitely enough grounds in the pokemon world to justify calling Charizard a "dragon"
