@danana I'm running a Evolution MotorSports V-Flow intake. But honestly gets a lil more air and slight sound difference and maybe 5 more h.p. realistically. Audi engines if you actually sit back and look at them basically have a cold air intake design already . Check on the audizine blogs and get input from people. But best thing u can honestly do is just pop in a free flow filter from either k&n or a afe which i had prior to EVOM set up. They r less restrictive and it'll save you bout 250.00..

actually unless there's major work done to it its only moderately quick...I know because I have a 3.0 Sexspeed myself and its the slowest out of all the nice cars I've had (350Z, WRX and even a 1990 non turbo 300zx)...but it is most definitely the most pimp inside I'll give it that, and overall I like it a lot but don't get it if you're simply looking for a "fast car" a better choice for that is a 330xi, but overall I'd say the A4 is better

aww damn , i have a4 now with a 1.8 and i have the stage 2 turbo in it and i rape 350z's so if its slower thats just not going to work for me at all, you know im pretty sure all you have to do is get the computer upgraded so that way it unrestricts your cars performance cuz audi loves to put restrictions on to save some fuel, my a4 was slow before i got my ecu upgraded even with my stage 2 turbo now its completely the opposite and its hard to move once i start accelerating it kicks like a mother

what kind of turbo? my friend has a mad fast B6 1.8T. you still have stock exhaust? when I had the WRX and put a turbo back on it the thing was a lot snappier. A stock 1.8T is about 100 HP shy of a 350Z and prolly at least 100lbs more, so you need a decent amount of work into it but I know it can be done cuz like I said, my friends 1.8T rapes tuned STIs

I didnt think this exhaust fit the 3.0. Did you have to do anything special/did you lose any performance becuase it wasnt on the 1.8T. I have a 04 3.0 and I'm looking at Neuspeed (if I can find one since theyre discontinued), Milltek, Magnaflow, Thermal, and AWE. Did you look at any of these too?

milltek exhausts usually make audi's sounds wimpy but magnaflow and thermal or pretty good as far as i know

not to compare apples to oranges, altho i do love the sound of a good v6 rumble, some 4 bangers have a nice sound of their own... either that or i like it just cuz it's mine... either way, i like how u'rs sounds, i bet it turns heads... i posted a vid responce... lemme kno what ya think!

sounds nice but it will be sick if you just cut out the resonators and weld in new pipes. super easy super cheap and your car will sound sick as hell.

ok sounds like a stupid question to ask but, what all did you remove from the stock exhuast.. I know there is a muffler in the center of the car, then there are two little muffler looking things on each side, before the tip... What did you all take off for this clean of a sound

Only the rear mufflers before the tips was changed. The center resonantors were not touched or changed.

The mufflers are a simple install for any good exhaust shop. You are only ditching the rear mufflers.
