pritty nice. i like the floating arm trebuchet. but the floating arm trebuchet will throw stuff alot more than that. as you notice once the trebuchet lets go of the cannon ball it swings back and forward which means that not all of the energy was transfured into the ball. to fix this just change things on it. try a longer sling.

More commonly seen today, yes. But as I explained before in the comments, early ballistas built by the Romans and other cultures catapulted sphere balls carved from Stone.

AMD Athlon64 X2 4000+ oc at 2.65GHz

At the time I recorded that video, that was on a 7600GT, All on one old ATA 5000RPM HD. I currently just have a single 8800GT but If you've never recorded a video on your PC before, it takes a lot of processing. Playing gmod + fraps will get you at least a 40% frame loss in gmod, with a good system. Doesn't even matter if your multi-core too, since gmod isn't multi-threaded. This fps, being on just a single 7600GT, recording with fraps, is pretty damn good.
