Can someone tell me the proper way to set up Maschine as a multi out instrument where the pads, not groups, are capable of writing midi to the appropriate channel. I.e. Kick, snare, percussion. ...

if you hook up maschine and your keyboard to the same computer both using usb... you don't need the midi cable. maschine software will recognise the usb keyboard

I have the midi cord hooked up correctly and SRC is set to MIDI Out but for some reason i cant record what i play on keyboard to mischine? think you can help find out the problem?

u missed a step..u had to have done something inside the software correct???some kinda set up cause it not working for me

@dexda26 Soz yes i did missed a step! when you open up maschine software go to FILE, AUDIO AND MIDI SETTINGS then make sure all your midi ins/outs are ON!

Hey Nice Vid man! Can you tell me how the Maschine is connected to the computer? From what I understood, the axiom is connected to the Mac and also its Midi out is connected to the Maschine, not sure how the Maschine is connected to the computer.

Basically the maschine is connected to the mac by USB and so should your axiom the only thing is connected by midi is the axiom to maschine.
