I'm stuck on ep 8, the part with Misa. I won the battle or what ever you want to call it and the person who was L got arrested but I still had to replay as Misa. Do you know why?

Maybe you mean 9 episode ,according to Guide you must "Role: Win as Kira with Higuchi's trust level at 100% towards you. ,about 8 episode there isn't anything special about it.

Well you must kill "L" for each person you kill who isn't L you lost half your point.

-I just used english dub for fun.OK.I just can't believe some people thinks is from a game.

what´s the objetive of this game

Well when you play as a Kira you must kill "L"(he can be anybody) or got him into prison.

When you play as a "L" you must catch Kira (this is harder task)....In episode 7 there is exception when you play as a Kira (Light) you must get to prison (if you know plot of anime then yeah you know why you must do that)
