2y/2-3x/2+6/2

y=-3/2x+3

b is the Y intercept. It is were the line meets the Yaxis...im pretty sure

Thanks for helping me out GadVideo! Yes it is! The b value is the y-coordinate of the y-intercept. The x-coordinate of any point on the y-axis is zero. For example, if the line crosses the y-axis at 5, then the y-intercept is at (0,5), in which case the b value is 5.

My algebra teacher made up a song with this equation. It goes:

It's fun to graph with y=mx+b,

It's fun to graph with y=mx+b,

m is the slope,

b is the intercept,

and it comes together so:

It's fun to graph with y=mx+b,

And it goes to the YMCA tune!
