Tigers are the best swimming cats and they swim better than humans and they hunt very well in the water. No chance for the man even if he manages into the water.
This is a typical river side catch and kill by the wild Tigers. The tiger went for the prey, caught it and now takes its time before killing and eating it. The man is the tiger's prize and he is very proud of his catch. He is also guarding his prey from foreign animals by constantly looking around and guarding its prey. They will slowly kill that man and eat it now. They will never let the man escape into the water. The prey as far as they are concerned is secure.
Watch it again! The man tries to get into the water twice but the tigers already knew that he would, they just grab him in split seconds, dragging him further into the higher ground. The tigers know very well that the man will never get away. You can tell by the strategic positioning of two tigers at either side of the man, one pulling from above, the other blocking the escape to the water. These animals are master hunters, don't fool yourself by thinking you will out smart them or out run them.

If he's cleaning, turning your back on a tiger let alone any predatory animal it's pray behavior and he could have swam in the opposite direction if he accidently fell in the inclosure and evaded the whole being attacked "By the way, you go and get attacked by 2 adult tigers and see if you still have enough bravery to try and run turning your back on these 11ft beasts"

if it were an accident normally you wouldn't walk towards the tigers especially in a calm manner you would swim in the opposite direction scared out of your mind, this guy obviously either attempting suicide or stupidly is under the impression he's a trained professional but judging from the loud splash meaning he jumped into the inclosure and basicly his offering to the tiger I'm gonna say this is a suicide attempt

@geoff19861 This is not a suicide attempt, are you kidding me? If it were, why did he start screaming out of fear? He was obviously going to clean up the cage a bit, hence the broom and bucket. By the way, you go and get attacked by 2 adult tigers and see if you still have enough bravery to try and run turning your back on these 11ft beasts. He was paralyzed by fear, as many people would be when they're in the presence of an animal that could kill you with the utmost ease.

Uh... so cleaners jump in from the moat, wade in without a stitch of protection between not 1, not 2 but 3 full grown Tigers and further agitate them by whacking them with brooms? Furthermore any decision is vulnerable to regrets, especially when one is being chewed up by Tigers, the pain would definitely make any suicidal person think twice.
Also he was screaming Allah Akbar, now why would a rational person be screaming that instead of HELP?

You assume that your question has been answered. I wouldn't be so quick to judge whether tigers are a viable option for suicidal people- idiocy notwithstanding. People who seek death will find reason in anything.
But this case there are clearly concerned bystanders offering advice and help but he chose to ignore them all, not even calling for help when the tigers approached and mauled him.
Plus he did say to his colleague "Goodbye, you'll never see me again" just before this.

Furthermore no Zoo worth their legal fees would ever allow any employees to be within striking distance of dangerous animals, particularly big cats. And if they do, I'm sure they'd protect him better than with a broom and a pail.

@geoff19861 If he would have jumped in the water there'd be a high chance the tigers would have been reluctant to jump in right after him. Granted they can swim at the speed humans can probably, they most likely wouldn't try to go after him. They weren't looking for a meal, they simply attacked either out of curiosity or defense, notice how when the one tiger got him on the ground both pretty much ceased their attacks.
