Homosexuality is another example. sex is a method used to procreate, therefore it can be reasonably deduced that if you can't procreate with it, you shouldn't have sex with it the use of the word it represents another lifeform. God gave everyone freedom of choice, we also know right from wrong!
but surely everything not directly forbidden in the bible leaves these questions open to one's own interpretation. Who cares? Those who are not being considered equal care. Seperate but equal does not work. Should we go back to giving black education, but give them their own schools? A marriage lience is granted by the religious neutral goverment. Only if the ceremony if performed in a church is it religious. That is why a jugde does the divorce, not the priest. Homosexuality is another example. sex is a method used to procreate, therefore it can be reasonably deduced that if you can't procreate with it, you shouldn't have sex with it the use of the word it represents another lifeform. Something not being normal does not necessarily make it evil...51% of Americans do not believe in evolution...thus believing in evolution would make you an abnormal American, does it make you evil too?
As has been stated already, homosexuality IS natural as it occurs in nature, it is of course not as common as hetrosexuality but what difference does that make? Why is it evil when it hurts nobody??

The people who made interracial marriage illegal ALSO said they had a purified mind of God, THEY thought god was on their side on that matter just as you do now. Same goes for the abolition of slavery, the bible does not condemn slavery, on the contrary it positively encourages it with God giving out instructions on which people it is acceptable to enslave and how hard you may beat them (as hard as you like as long as they do not die within two days according to him).

93% have no belief in God. So statistically speaking, yes believing in God does make you more likely to be a fool than someone who does not believe in God.

however if you look at those people who believe in creatonism over evolution you will notice that the overwhelming majority have a very poor standard of education.
The National Academy of sciences on the other hand are considered to be amoungst the worlds top scientsts...these are very well educated men. The only thing which seperates them from the rest of America is their education..so when you look at statistics which say 70% of Americans believe in God, but 93% of the most educated Americans
