I have seen the movie. It is " Safar Barlik" They are talking turkish because the movie was about how the turkish Ottomans were occupying Lebanon, but this is a Lebanese music, and a Lebanese movie :)

The dancer's name is Kawakib. According to what I read she was very popular in the 60s. Her name is Mervat in the movie, and the movie is called: Safar Barlik. It is Lebanese, have no doubt about that.

It's NOT Turkish. It's a 1967 classic Lebanese movie called Safar Barlik produced by the Rahbani brothers and starring Fairuz. If they are speaking in Turkish it's because the plot revolves around the Turkish occupation of Lebanon.
