Awesome. I'm a Cpl. in the U.S. Marines and I've been trying to find an adequate way to increase my Marines' pull-ups. This has worked beauitfully over the last two months. All my Marines have gained 5 pull-ups and are eager to get more.
UK forces need to pull their finger out!. Its so humiliating for us british public not being able to win a desisive victory against a third world rusty gun and sandles platoon in afganistan! Best Technology, Five long Years (and plenty more no doubt), help from USA and still no desisive victory against the third world ragtag bandits! It can not get any more shamefull and HUMILIATING than that now can it?
