it's not Hakka, it's Min-Nan(閩南(語/話)) which they also called He-Luo(河洛(語)) or Taiwanese(台灣話).

but it isn't accurate to call it Taiwanese though since not every Taiwanese uses this to communicate and this isn't out official language. PS. 語&話 in this case both mean 'language'. so for He-Luo u can say 河洛語or河洛話or even just 河洛. and for min-nan this dialect, u can say either 閩南語 or 閩南話. we very seldom just say 閩南; we'd add 語/話(language)to the rear of it.
