  • I am a walking twig. Yet I still have a FLIPPIN double chin. I have kissed the air 25 times every morning and evening. I have curled my lower lip over my teeth and "scooped" the air...For weeks. And NOTHING. Hope this helps.

  • @twimoonclips ME TOO! Haha xD I'm very thin but I have an ugly double chin (rhyme?) I did the kiss the air thing every morning for 6 months and nothing happened. I hope this works :/

    It will happen gradually. You should see a difference in as little as two weeks. Just make sure you don't over do it and stop if your neck aches until it stops hurting before resuming the exercises.. Of course you need to watch what you eat as well.

    Yes, of course it will work if you have a fat part under your chin. By moving the neck, the fat will be pushed out of the way and be absorbed and eliminated.

  • Will this work if you barley have any fat underneath your chin? Because it makes my skull shape seem weird

    Hi Gaby, here are some answers to your questions:

    1. Lift you head while you inhale.

    2. You will see results within a few weeks.

    3. You can safely do the exercise twice a day, mornings and evenings maybe.

    Also check out the "Head Walk" video on my channel to strengthen your neck and get good head placement.

  • For a more advanced version of the Chin-Ups exercise, do them while sticking your tongue out as far as possible. (no, I didn't video that version :D), but sticking your tongue out or pressing it against the pallet (as in sucking) works the smaller muscles located directly under the chin. Good luck with it ...
