Sprinklers.iFind2.com Setup my lawn sprinklers system, front & Back Yard. $1399 in less than 8 hours. The Install Yourself Kit from Home Depot for $39 is worth every penny in gold. Get it from Sprinkelrs.iFind2.com
By Installing the NEW "Sprinkler Buddy" by RyRo, Inc., onto your rotors and spray heads, you can prevent most accidental damage caused by the mower tires running them over. By keeping them visible, one is less likely to accidently run them over.
There you go promoting VAN Nozzles which are the worst performing nozzle ever introduced. They are gardener specials as a 1 size fits all solution. They use far too much water, have a terrible spray pattern and a high failure rate. Fill a zone with 18 poo-up sprinklers with VAN Nozzles only and watch your entire zone under perform with pop-ups that are spongy and unable to fully extend. The nozzle now is under performing in distance. VAN = JUNK!
Only problem is you didn't show what was broken. It is assumed by the repair from anyone familiar wiht this it must have been a fractured sprinkler body which is rare. Usually it is the rigid threaded nipple which has fractured, one that was orignially installed by a person who is not around long enough to witness his high failure rate of his break easy design. So you video is worthless if you think a novice will be able to fix a fractured connection from you lack of explanation.
If the outside body of your pop up is in good shape you can simpaly screw the top off your old sprinkler do the same with the new one and swap the new innards for the old popup and spray head....also the fixed spray heads are much more durable than the varible ones..................................and of course a flexpipe swing joint riser is the way to go..............unless you want to be replacing risess over and again.
If you Bozo's would install these correctly you would not be fixing the broken connections. Throw away the adjustable VAN Nozzle and use fixed spray nozzles.
NICE! You just showed how to ensure the sprinkler fails again. Keep making the same repair over and over again. Does noboby stop to think why it failed? I saw the problem immediately and you repeated it! Your using a hard nipple to connect the sprinkler which will snap with the slightest amount of lateral force. Try using Marliks to give the sprinkler the flexibility it needs to withstand being stepped on or run over by lawn equipment your Customer will like the cost savings for repairs.
This so cool thank you so much dude!!! i just save my self money by doing it my self. never though it be this easy!!! wow love it no more calling for a gardener to fix my sprinkler heads ever time i run them over with my mower
