There are so many reports of ghosts being ' the blue lady' or ' the grey lady' Its because they look like this. Difference being they may be hit by moonlight instead of sunlight, or light from an artificial source.

The picture jumps to the apparition because there is footage at the beginning to show the track without the apparition, the the formation. Its just a cut. The amateur videoer was trying to film the runners so he set his camera up on the side of the track for a while before they came through. He was an elderly man. The reason why the apparition may look larger is because it probably isnt standing on the track but floating just above.For centuries, people have claimed to see floating apparitions

I think that that the apparition glows more as the sun comes out because ghosts are made up of ectoplasm or mist and we all know that if you drive a car through fog with light hitting it, everything becomes more solid.The people were concentrating on their running and came from a different angle so may not have noticed it.Seeing something from coming out of shade into light may be different than from looking from light into an area with a shady or dark background.

Another thing too is that there is an orb of light to the side of it. I have a photo of a misty apparition of a boy taken on an investigation and he is right next to an orb.I dont believe this to be lens flare at all. It is too much like something that I have witnessed with my eyes and that wasnt lens flare that 4 of us saw in a dark tunnel one night. I saw this footage before I saw an apparition and as soon as I saw what we saw, I rememered this footage because it looks so similiar.

This is the only apparition footage that I have seen that has has convinced me. I am a paranormal investigator and one night in a tunnel 4 of us witnessed an apparition that behaved just like this. It lasted a few minutes, started from a bright orb light, started faint, glowed bright like this, then faded again. The only difference is that what we saw actually was off the ground and glided or floated from side to side and towards us. I do not think this is faked

The chance of this being a trick of the light is impossible and it is ridiculous to suggest so. At 1:39 you can see his sandals (soldiers boots know as caligae) and the outline of a helmet plume, signifying the rank of Centurion. Just look at his bearing, he is stood straight and proud, like a soldier. His shoulders are also very broad suggesting he is wearing Lorica segmentata (Roman plate armour). This is not a trick of the light, a fake perhaps but definitely no coincidence.

There is no particular reason the brightness of a real ghost would NOT vary with the sunshine. After all, if it is going to be seen to be there at all, it might just as easily be affected by the brightness of the light same as anything ELSE that is seen to be there [at all].

This doesn't prove that it IS a ghost, of course. It just DIS-proves the point made in this video.

looks kinda fake to me also I don't think ghosts would respond to sunlight, you know, becoming brighter in the sun? You know you can brighten certain parts of a video using good video editing software right? So its possible this could be a fake

Lens flare. Notice how when the sky gets a bit dimmer then so does the "figure". Also notice how when the sun gets brighter then so does the "figure". I believe in the paranormal but this isn't anything paranormal.

Just at a guess, I'd say some kind of diffraction lens flare caused by something nearby reflecting light into the lens. What? Difficult to say without an examination of the site. It could have been something like a piece of plastic on the ground. Why is it important to know precisely what was causing the effect if it can be demonstrated to be mundane?
