You can fly in the #7 2-seater jet, but it's only for News media, T.V. stars, and movie stars. You can also fly if you know someone. If you pay them a lot they might let you up
No individual unit can accept payment, ie. a check or cash handling, as they have no way of processing it because they cannot maintain individual bank accounts, also, the military cannot make a "profit". However, arrangements can be made with a major commands (ie. a wing, division, etc) to cover costs for fuel usage and/or ammunition. This is essentially reimbursement, and typically what movies pay when they have military involvement. We cannot make profits and budgets are strictly controlled.
