How great and honest of "Little David" to have the courage to correct the announcer that he wasn't the "America Idol." To me, he is the GREATEST American Idol of this year. Mr. Cook won the trophy or the American Idol, bu David won the heart of the world. Isn't that to be an IDOL?

It was senior night at the game so we were announced with our kids (my daughter is a senior in the band) and were standing right there on the sideline where he walked in and out. My daughter is one of the 5 band kids that went up to him and got their picture taken at the end of the video. Lots of fun!

But I guess if you look at it this way, when artist does radio promo, they normally just go to the radio stations, and do interviews and stuff, but like whiling doing his radio tour, they are also putting him in contest for the different areas he goes to promote, so it's not always a bad thing, and he IS just beginning his career, it takes small steps to grow bigger.
