I say no tax. If the fucker who decides hes the one in power he can do it for free and have a side job to pay for his bills.Once you introduce money into a realm where your looking out for someone elses well being you can be bought
I think if the military and police were ran by private sector we wouldn't be in unnecessary wars(it would be a bad business move to stay in a country for 10 years and had nothing changed) and police would make a better wage. A friend of mine is a cop in a GHETTO area with high crime and gets paid less than 25k a year. I don't know about you, but I don't really trust some guy getting paid a poverty salary with my protection. Fire departments too, I don't trust the bubba gang of volunteers...
Eminent domain (United States) is an action of the state to seize a citizen's private property, expropriate property, or seize a citizen's rights in property with due monetary compensation, but WITHOUT the owner's consent. The property is taken either for government use or by delegation to third parties who will devote it to public or civic use or, in some cases, economic development.
I question the fact that I have to pay for a space to live in, if you think about it don't you think you should be entitled to some space on the planet automatically? I can understand paying tax to maintain roads and such but I question the govs ability to just take your house from you. It seems like our society is made to victimise the weak and poor :(
home ownership and the property taxes, brings to mind for me, like the neighborhood street thugs/bullies/gang types, that go around the neighborhood mom and pop business, tell them they need to pay the guys, so that the business receives "protection" from crimes, when in reality, if you don't pay those guys, it is actually them that will burn your business down when you come to open up shop the next morning.
Unless you have Allodial Title to your land, you do not own the land. You are only considered a Tenant. Even if you have paid off the mortgage. I believe Nevada and Texas have partial Allodial Title provisions. From what I discovered, the courts have deemed a land patent as frivolous. I agree. Once you pay (in full) for a property, you should own it. And not a tenant to it! Cars, too.
This is such a rediculous topic! THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A FREE RIDE! Someone must pave the streets, build the streets and pay the expences of running a city, county and state/federal governnment, which costs trillians of dollars per anum! Don't forget the schools. A well educated society is a better place to live. It also attracts industry.
@ktorch So, you don't care if you can own land, a house, a car, boats or any other such property? Paying for the services you mentioned really has nothing to do with ownership. Hell, you can have a piece of land in the middle of nowhere (no access by roads) and still be taxed on it! I understand that you are thankful for what the US has to offer to it's citizens. I have seen true poverty myself. I just think we should be allowed to own property. Not rent it indefinately. Peace!
I know a few ways to get out of property taxes...email me if you would like to know. There is also a cool way to get the city to buy your house at tax value after they assess the property.
Basically, the reason why we pay property taxes is because we simply don't own the Land our House is sitting on. A waranty deed does not convey absolute ownership. Def. of DEED (Black's Law): A Person that has "some" interest to a property.
It was supposed to be taxes like you said. We need to start patronizing people who own their businesses, the old mom and pop stores, not Big Stores. If we did that we would all have a business of our own ie a hardware store, barber shop, clothing store, a candy store, lumber yards, we need to stop buying from the Home Depots,-Stop and Shop has a file on you, did you know that? Wall Mart is the first to track us. We need to starve them out, and open our own little stores again!
in 2007 Gerald Celente came out with this, to fight it. they are getting closer, new books will be coming out...and the tea party are on it like white on rice. we need to revolt the right way . It is a criminal operation!!!! If you have a home and can't sell it. I don't know what to tell you? ANd the federal reserve are stringing us along. The New York Times is the toilet paper of record! Because they attacked Gerald when he was warning us! They called what he said "pessimistic porn",
Right, the banks own your home. And the property taxes are illegal according to the Constitution. It is unconstitutional to use public money for schools or property taxes. Since the patriot act we lost our rights, and a socialist govt. is taking over. what to do, sell your house and buy a business. rent for 750. a month, and forget houses. That is what I did. Look up "Jaguar," a Cray XT5 supercomputer like Echelon for US tracking us. RFID tags will be full on by 2011.
One thing that I've found that works really well for tinder is dryer lint. It is very light weight, it compresses down to nothing, is very widely available and easily scavangable in an urban setting, and I've started fires with 1 strike of a fire steel (the fire steel is probably the most dependable and longest lasting alternative fire starting method)
You own the house but not the land. Unless you have the allodial title you do not own the land. Real Estate companies sell people what is called a Fee Simple Land Deed. This deed makes you a tenant on the land in which your house resides. Unless you can outright move the building at whim to another waiting location, then you will be forced to abandon the house and therefore forfeit it to the municipality concerned, if you default on property taxes. Banks, Gov., and Real Estate agents OH MY!!!
You can "own" your home as long as you continue to pay a yearly ransom as determined by the locale in which you reside. Any improvements you make to your home will earn you the privilege of paying more and more ransom to your locality. If you fail to pay your assigned ransom, you will forfeit your "private property" at the barrel of a government gun. Your house will be seized, sold to a new "owner" and the process will continue. So pay up ....or else.
Just today we were discussing mineral rights. You own the land but... the government has essentially all intrinsic value beneath the shovel/basement line.
This is so true! my great grand parents owned homes in jamaica and i still go to stay there , when i go on vacation...we have never payed taxes or any other fees on the properties.
i dont know if anyone has said this already, but actually you technically wouldnt own the lord of the rings dvd, because you can't burn it to a blank cd, and techinically you cant even lend it to a friend or even show it in public.
Reggie we just paid off our property now where we live what we live in most people call that a camp. But my philosophy is you need to get debt free even if it is considered below your means we want a better place we just don't want to borrow money from people to do things so later in life you get down on your luck loose a job get in a wreck and loose all your hard work. So own your home then save for the next home and own 100% DAVE RAMSEY we are soon to be debt free. All we owe now is the prius.
Also, The other reason you never really own a house is because anything you change or add, you have to get a permit with the city and pay them. They always have to be paid first. I can't do anything with my house without the okay of the city!
Reggie, the reason is that home "owners" have equitable title, the government has legal title. Just like with your body. You may think you own it, but the government controls it.
This is related to the sovereign movenment, you might want to look into it...
Homeownership is a joke! You can't ever truly OWN your house/propert - you are right! Especially in neighborhoods with covenants that say you can't have egg laying hens! The only thing is with renting you don't have control either - the landlord says what you can do/not do on the property AND they can not renew your lease after you get your garden going..., water collection set up etc...
I think there are two different issues. You could be taxed as a resident of the municipality at a rate based on how much property you owned in that municipality. It SHOULD be a separate issue completely as to the PENALTY for not paying (fine, nasty letter phone harassment). Private property would not be forfeit as a penalty for non-payment of a tax that is not related to the purchase and ownership of the property. Therefore, it isn't private property.
Taxes are not what takes most peoples homes it is medical bills. They fall ill own the home and the medical establishment takes the home to pay the bills. That is why they charge so much cause they know most will not argue the bill cause they dont know they can and they dont know they can shop around for a surgical procedure. If you are that concerned with property taxes own a lessexpensive home so your tax will be less. I think Texas has no property tax. That tax you are suggesting is flat tax.
You don't own anything. A homeless person is more free than you. WAKE UP NEO. YOU ARE STILL A SLAVE TO THIS WORLD. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR WATER, TAXES UPON TAXES. You basically own what you are carrying on your back.
@llothar68 you prefer the communist manifesto the constitution of the united states, wow im really dealing with a true moron here, i respect marx for his writings but the CM doesnt hold a candle to the constitution, and im not gonna sit here and say the free market capitalism is the greatest form of economy but seriously!! communism is just one extreme of a false political spectrum designed to enslave the common man, you really need to go back and read some more homie
@llothar68 thats obvious, i live in america, its a total police state and no one says anything, i know plenty about freedom being relative, we're talking about two manuscripts outlining political and economic ideas, not the actual application into real life, because when you do that you get china, or north korea, or cuba, or former soviet russia!! hardcore police states, gulags and work you to death camps, euthanasia, thats communism when put into application
When you buy a home, unless you pay cash, you are not a sole owner. Taxation is a seperate issue. I agree we shouldn't have to pay taxes on property in a capitalist country, however we live in a Republic. Property tax is a form of paying for services in your geographic area. In a capitalist society, the private citizen would pay a private organization for protection, maintenence of roads and other property. In a Republic we elect people to provide those services based on a tax. Renting is best.
Property taxes are as old as the feudal system. In that sense, it hasn't changed. What I don't like is the funding of (worthless) public schools from home ownership.
You have a good point and when it comes down to it no one really owns anything because it will all be taken away eventually. If you can't keep it you don't really own it. You don't even own your own life because you have to constantly pay to keep it.
In my case I figured owning my home and paying property tax is better than renting or paying a mortgage along with property tax.
It sure has a bearing on how expensive a house I'll buy. I only pay 100 a month in property tax on my condo but most houses cost 3 times that figure. Most of the reason I want a house is to make a garden and start growing some of my own food. If I have to pay an extra 200 a month to live in that house, I'm losing money on the deal. I could buy a heck of a lot of fresh produce for 200 bucks a month.
When my condo is paid off (this September) My expenses will be WAY less than my income.
Besides the Income tax, the Property tax is another one that pisses me off, and for good reason. It makes no damn sense. What are you paying tax for? Owning something? But even then, if you're paying it off, you're not owning it! Property taxes can kiss my ass. We pay a whole shitload of other taxes, if they wouldn't embezzle it then they'd have more than enough already.
I have thought about it. User fees connect use with taxation. Income, property, & sales tax punish certain activities (like productivity, home ownership, & acquisition of certain goods) to provide general funds (often to reward certain groups). Property taxes require one must have income to posses property to pay annual assessment. This is wrong. It is a direct attack on private property ownership which is foundational to liberty & free enterprise & is anti-poor people.
You are absolutely right Reginald! Its all a big scam cooked up between the people who have the real power (who stay in the shadows), the governments (who do the bidding of the Controllers) and the banks. we the sheeple have just accepted it over the decades. When Pres. Obama talks about change, he was probably talking about his changing his shirt because its the same old politician inside.
looks like you are walking about 3 miles/hr.......i walk about 30 miles/day on a trail that is marked, always a bottle of cold water on me with music, seeing nature, the sun, and people is cool as well
You are absolutely right. We have no control of our property. I am statuted to death. I am not allowed in my city to do things on my property. I can not store my RV motor home. I pay property taxes every six months. I have a used car a year in property taxes.
@jrnault77 another thing is my house can be seized for those taxes. Even with no debt on the house there is a debt every year on the house. So the government owns all property. They even tell me I need permits to improve my house.
Fine, don't pay property taxes. Just as long as you don't step foot off your property onto the grass that the government maintains or walk on the footpath that the government built and also maintains. Seeing that you expect the government to maintain everywhere that you walk on these vids but don't expect to pay anything for that privilege, how is that any different than being a free-loader? Are you going to sack all the police and fire-fighters because you haven't used them yet?
Hay demcad its good to see you talking about something we have been talking about for 25 years. i hope you can do a whole show on property tax and how its SOOOO WRONG. thanks big guy
About the wood shavings, consider the space your consuming for a useable amount. Please look up "firesteel- light my fire" a few bucks and fits on your keychain. and trioxane fuel tablets, small, lightwieght easy to start and burns awhile with good heat output. both available at most camping stores. Your learning, good job, keep going.
Remember it is not just the homeowner. If you live in an apartment the apartment owner gets the tax and passes the cost onto the renter. Everyone pays, but don't worry there are lots of ways we can be taxed not being done, YET.
No you are not, there was a governor canadit in texas that was going to eliminate it, but that didnt happen.
Paying for the land is the same as the fuedal system in the old days, you gave to the LANDLORD or LORD OF THE LAND a large % of the benefits of the land, he was granted the land by the king, and he too paid a % to the king.
This is what I mean when I say the only way to win is not to play the game.
Is there a such thing as car ownership for the same reasons, NO the isnt. Sure there is a reason for all of the BS laws and taxes they have, but none if any are supported under HUMAN RIGHTS
How would I do it? simple only busniesses(noncorp) and incorporations pay taxes, why? because they are creations of man and therefore subject to us, since they exist to benefit the community, then they have to support it. Private individuals working as employees, or working for their own gain pay no tax, to tax a human is to enslave that human, even if its 1% because now you establish the right to take, and one day it will approach 100% or as close as they can stand without rising against.
Other than that, tax would be VOLUNTARY if the gov is doing a crap job they will know, and if they are doing good they will know, its voting with your time/money
Look at chruches, they thrive from the willing giving of free people, if they are doing right. Until the HUMAN BEING is free to chose as GOD made them then they are not free, I have and can go on for days on this.
That stuff is probably treated wood. I definately would not use that. There are twigs and dried leaves in nature, use that. Throw that stuff away. Buying a house in this economy is asking for trouble. You are essentially immobilizing yourself. The age of having a stable career is pretty much gone and if your job vanishes...then that is it. Property taxes are ridiculous and you might as well rent because that is essentially what you are doing when you own a home.
I could never really understand the interest charged on a home purchase. mathematically, the buyer is getting fucked up the ass and taken. I understand that the average person may not make enough money to pay down the mortgage in 15 years, so the next reasonable option is a 30 year plan, but by the time you're actually done paying it off, you have already paid triple the initial market value of the home.
The government of the U.S. was designed to get its revenue by way of excise or sales taxes and tariffs. Income and property taxes weren't really in view. But America represents the APEX of human government development. And since the year 1789, we have been degrading ever since.
You make a good point on owning your home. Don't forget that not every home owner owns the mineral rights to the land that their home is actually on. So you may own the house, but you may not really own the land. Maybe on the surface, but if gold or oil were to be discovered on your property, the banks or mining companies that own the miner rights will move in and take your property from you. This has happened all over this country. Sucks huh? Isn't America the best!!
True freedom is living like bedouins, gypsies or native americans. Who needs this narcissistic, debt-based illusion? Our culture is all about enslavery and domination, in one sense or another, of every-thing/one to satiate our unquenchable, grandiose, yet fragile egos. On the other hand, after a couple 40s and a wet t-shirt contest, life can seem quite meaningful for awhile.
oh and DEMCAD, instead of the woodshavings, you can use crushed up fritos...crush some up to the same consistency as that wood and they will light up and help you get a burn going. and you can eat them haha
there is no ownership in america, the gov. takes taxes on youre house, property and adds more on top if you have any sheds, garage etc. and you cant build anything on youre property without getting the paperwork and pay the tax.
and the gov. can come take all youre shit for no reason at any time.
Their is no advantage. With the economy the way it is you are stuck to your home . In this economy you need to be mobile (nomadic and follow the jobs) PLUS>>>>>>>> THE GOVERNMENT HAS IMMINENT DOMAIN!!! They can take your house when ever they want it.
My understanding is your local property taxes go toward the school system mostly, but the feds do get a tiny cut. Once you do "own" your property/house you need to apply for an allodial title and ditch the deed. Otherwise you the bank that gave you the lien on the item in question, still owns the item.
Is the hiking getting easier with the pack now that you've been at it a good while? Good for you man!
@chutubeme Oh I see all these fucking people that speak foreign language and want jobs here actually have things better in Mexico. Mexico is the best! Fuck you and your non-sense. People are doing just fine here without the addition of other culture and language added into their social structure. The only thing it offers is at best the same result or a negative effect on society. Nothing positive is gained from Mexicans immigrating here. The same or worse quality of life and nothing more.
You may only rent your home. You rent from the government. Welcome back from your dream. It is time to wake up. You also don't control your ownership, you have to get permits to do anything.
I agree with you. The psychopaths are in control.
But how do you keep the psychopaths out of your government? There are 3 million in the USA alone.
That is the part of the mass hypnosis. Owner does not mean to have full control. Full control needs no names. Owner means ower. The owner of an item is the target of a government. "Let me see.... who can we take money from for whatever reason this time. The property keeper? Nope. The mail carrier to and from this mail box? Nope. Snaps finger, things for a few, then points to assistance. Whats the word I am looking for. Owner thats right! Lets hit up the owner"
will the taxes include tax of food??!! Also, if there was a straight tax, it would alleviate the state and fed government of the burden of when the property market suffers and people can not pay their taxes and taxes are decreased bkz values go down.
The property taxes, here in chicago. Is a detterent for me to get a house. Even, if I pay off the home. I still will have to pay property taxes. The only break you get. When you retire. Your property tax rate freezes.
Demcad ; No one owns land in America, you only have wright of tenancy , who actually owns it, who knows. We native Americans believe the land Owens us,
Demcad, It comes down to a question of control. The Constitution does not guarantee a "right" to property. At any time any of the governments(Fed. State, local) that claim the right to control you can seize your property. Property is anything in our posession. We own nothing, not really. They can take: Your Spouse. Your kids Your home Your money Your future Let that sink in this "Independence Day" Wave your flags, feel good about being free. The American Dream IS a dream.
You're exaggerative. The government only has as much power over you as you allow. Who are "they" anyway? If you have real money in your possession (gold, silver, food, etc) "they" can't touch it unless you allow them. If you choose to live your life accepting that your place is that of helpless peasant, that is exactly what you'll be. No, we're not free.. we're debt slaves. Once you break the bondage of that slavery, just by being aware of it, you're free.
@Eraser7622 Really? Go buy food and clothes with gold and silver. They can touch it and did, Roosevelt confiscated gold in the thirties and gave the people paper. I do not think I am a peasant I am only awake. So your free? Please descibe to me how free you are, I would like to know. So if I don't allow them to, they can't touch me, they can't inprison me and take my child? I described "they", read more carefully next time.
Your futurist govenment differs most with our original government in that they collected revenue with tariffs.
The ability to start a fire is the most important of all survival skills. There are many different ways and tinders carried, yet cotton balls smeared with vasoline is the most popluar. These are cheap and effective. Cotton balls will ignite even with only the sparks from your empty lighter and the vasoline will make it a longer burning tinder. Look up YT vids.
Unless you can get ALLODIAL TITLE, you do not own the land. You can "own" real estate which is just the building and trees but since you can't own the land it is setting on you are still a renter. It is just a matter of how involved with the rent you want to get. You don't actually own your car either unless you have the M.S.O. (Manufacturers Statement of Origin) once it is registered with a state ownership has been given over. Watch Michael Badnarik's constitution class on here.
That home tax property deal is similar to the Federal Reserve Bank. They print money out of thin air and gives it to whoever, American or foreign entities, but charges interest to do just that.It is a very, very bad joke. No, Demcad u aint the first to think of that.As a owner ot several homes, I feel the pain and that is why I got interested in anything that would offer relief.Allodial Title is that one thing that I still can't get a straight answer from lawyers. Most have never heard of it.
Banksters!! The govt has hired companies to"insure",LOL,the banks r getting paid their their 4closure $.THE DEAL:In FL,if u did not have 20% as a down payment, u were required to purchase Mortgage Insurance(MI).Since, their millions of 4closures n with ninja loans, etc. the govt has contracted companies to insure the banks did due diligence prior to home loans with MI prior to being paid by the MI company due to 4closures. DOG N PONY SHOW:MOST BANKS R BEING PAID THEIR INSURANCE $ YA'LL.VERY BAD!
thanks demcad, this is the problem that the common man hass. the clossest thing to home onership i know of is , a shak in applichaca with a wood stove and candles running water if you run to the spring to get it. the bathroom is out back in a litttle brown buliding, heat is a fireplace berttor get wood and keep it dry. ...........................love and peace hillbilly mik
On the deed to "my" land i am listed as tenant . Slaves cant own property. The Antiterrorist covers this topic in some of his vids. Worth a watch,It opened my eyes
Most people don't own their land, that's why you pay property taxes, because you bought real-estate (from the ground up, house), you did not buy the land, the state holds the land in trust for you (cause the gov can't 'own' land, but you don't own the land either). If you own the land, as in you buy the allodial title to the land from the patient office, then you don't need to pay property taxes because you own the land. a guy nick named Johnny Liberty wrote a book about this.
@AmericanPowerBase Almost fell out of my chair lol...same here but I spent it on MANDATORY INSURANCE AND FEES! I cant wait to spend a couple hundred extra on health insurance a month and not have freaking food..
Absolute Ownership ended a long time ago. You did not have to pay taxes on property. Slaves were not allowed to own property nor Native Americans. In 1867 when Abraham Lincoln (1st Jewish President) made everyone a U.S. Citizen, the God given right to absolute ownership went away. Look it up. Everyone in this country is a Corporate citizen; the Corporation of the United States.
Allodial title is a concept in some systems of property law. It describes a situation where real property (land, buildings and fixtures) is owned free and clear of any superior landlord. Allodial title is secured by various state constitutions. An individual's allodial title is alienable, in that it may be conveyed, devised, gifted, or mortgaged by the owner, and may also be distressed and restrained for collection of taxes or private debts or condemned (eminent domain) by the government.
The things you've mentioned in the video are things I've been thinking about and I guess that's why I am ok with renting as long as long as the rental amount is affordable and reasonable and I am getting my needs met. Home ownership means that any expense you pay concerning the home would only be for maintenance and comprehensive insurance. If I had my choice of government, it would be largely what you've said in the video along with there being a cap on government employee salaries.
@snooch1975 Thats been bugging me now for a while..we dont own anything..we rent..its only a question of liability.....after 30 years of paying a fixed mortage, your taxes alone will be the same as your payment was when you started..another rant lol..ty
Legally, we, too, are government property. Everything within the confines of the U.S. border belongs to the government and can be seized at any moment.
Many homes used to have Allodial Titles. This was true ownership but it has been outlawed in all states with very few minor exceptions. The only benefit to owning your home now is you get to paint , renovate and sometimes pay less in the long run than you would for rent ( if your smart). If you are more free spirited owning can also hold you back from accepting a new job, long term travel and other life decision that require you to move.
With immanent domain, you don't have complete control of your property.
I find it pretty strange you show everyone your "bug out bag". I mean, do you really have a plan or are you just going to wander around when the shit hits the fan?
.By the GRACE OF GOD we own a nice house and a good bit of land. Thank God it is payed for, but it never really is. Last year we where hit with over $11.000.00
in Property taxes.. I mean WHAT???????? Everything we have worked so hard to pay for is STILL OWNED BY THE GOVERNMENT AND ALWAYS WILL BE.
I feel the same way. I had a house in a gated golf course community and there were association dues I had to pay quarterly. I literally sold my house there because (not only was I sick of paying it) but the Home Owners Association would put a lien on my house if I didn't pay them off like gangsters every quarter. This pisses me off so bad. I feel you~
my grandmother has always complained about this Demcad. Her property has no mortgage, but she has land taxes. She calls it paying rent, and she resents it.
thank you demcad for bringing this up.i have been saying this for 20 years when people gave me weird looks.the income tax itself is the biggest fraud.on the good side people like you help wake others up to this.that's why i love the viral concept of information sharing.it will end when enough people realize that they do not have to accept the programming any longer.we have a choice.what do you choose? peace demcad...
Yep, I own property in Florida for 27 years, yes it feels like you are RENTING it. No their not, along with I.R.S. Taxes are UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The U.S.Constitution says that those who make their income" with in" the boarder of the United States shall not be TAXED,however THOSE who make their income "out of" the boarders are to be. People you have POWER with the Constitution. That U.S.Constitution has been MUTED by the WAR POWERS of the President. REMEMBER NOVEMBER. Pains goin UP!
I'll probably never buy another house again! It's been a huge waste of time and money. The more STUFF that I accumulate, the less happy and more tied down I feel. I tend to feel good before, during and shortly after a purchase, of any kind, but later realize that I didn't really need it and ask myself why I spent my hard earned money on this. The older I get, the more I tend to question everything. I'll also never again buy a NEW car.
A HOME IS A LIABILITY TO THE HOME OWNER AND IS AN ASSET TO THE BANK...A LIABILITY COST YOU MONEY AN ASSET MAKES YOU MONEY...I THINK THE WHITE MAN IS FINALLY WAKING UP AND REALIZING HE'S A SLAVE.. A SLAVE GETS PAID BY THE HOUR... WHEN YOU ASSIST OTHERS IN TAKING PEOPLES RIGHT WHOS GOING TO PREVENT THEM FROM TAKING YOUR RIGHTS!!!
I say no tax. If the fucker who decides hes the one in power he can do it for free and have a side job to pay for his bills.Once you introduce money into a realm where your looking out for someone elses well being you can be bought

Someone must pave the streets, build the streets and pay the expences of running a city, county and state/federal governnment, which costs trillians of dollars per anum! Don't forget the schools. A well educated society is a better place to live. It also attracts industry.
ktorch 1 year ago
@ktorch So, you don't care if you can own land, a house, a car, boats or any other such property? Paying for the services you mentioned really has nothing to do with ownership. Hell, you can have a piece of land in the middle of nowhere (no access by roads) and still be taxed on it! I understand that you are thankful for what the US has to offer to it's citizens. I have seen true poverty myself. I just think we should be allowed to own property. Not rent it indefinately. Peace!

It is not really a constitutional property ownership issue because you no longer own your homes in the USA, the governments own them:

I've been fighting the property tax issue for almost 12 years now. Indiana was VERY close to getting rid of it's property taxes.
You basically "rent" your home from the state. I pay $300 a MONTH for the right to "own" my home. Another $300 for my business office EVERY MONTH!
They may not be taking our homes all at once, but they have found a way to take them little by little.
1500 homes in my county alone were up for tax auction last month.

QuantumKoala 1 year ago
You can "own" your home as long as you continue to pay a yearly ransom as determined by the locale in which you reside. Any improvements you make to your home will earn you the privilege of paying more and more ransom to your locality. If you fail to pay your assigned ransom, you will forfeit your "private property" at the barrel of a government gun. Your house will be seized, sold to a new "owner" and the process will continue. So pay up ....or else.

Crafty1069 1 year ago
Reggie, the reason is that home "owners" have equitable title, the government has legal title. Just like with your body. You may think you own it, but the government controls it.

MamaOkie 1 year ago

You have a good point and when it comes down to it no one really owns anything because it will all be taken away eventually. If you can't keep it you don't really own it. You don't even own your own life because you have to constantly pay to keep it.
In my case I figured owning my home and paying property tax is better than renting or paying a mortgage along with property tax.
vention4wh 1 year ago
2.

DemonHide 1 year ago
I have thought about it. User fees connect use with taxation. Income, property, & sales tax punish certain activities (like productivity, home ownership, & acquisition of certain goods) to provide general funds (often to reward certain groups). Property taxes require one must have income to posses property to pay annual assessment. This is wrong. It is a direct attack on private property ownership which is foundational to liberty & free enterprise & is anti-poor people.

Again, it ties in with the federal reserve. Allodial title is a reality. Until 1913 all American homeowners enjoyed such
security. That was the key ingredient in the lure of America to the masses of the world. A man with
secure title to his land could feed himself, his family and ten others. With that and the fact that the land
could not be taken for any reason a man would be truly free. So since 1913 we have not been truly free.

home ownership, NO
No you are not, there was a governor canadit in texas that was going to eliminate it, but that didnt happen.

Sure there is a reason for all of the BS laws and taxes they have, but none if any are supported under HUMAN RIGHTS
d3adp001 1 year ago
How would I do it? simple only busniesses(noncorp) and incorporations pay taxes, why? because they are creations of man and therefore subject to us, since they exist to benefit the community, then they have to support it. Private individuals working as employees, or working for their own gain pay no tax, to tax a human is to enslave that human, even if its 1% because now you establish the right to take, and one day it will approach 100% or as close as they can stand without rising against.
d3adp001 1 year ago

Rototill27 1 year ago
I could never really understand the interest charged on a home purchase. mathematically, the buyer is getting fucked up the ass and taken. I understand that the average person may not make enough money to pay down the mortgage in 15 years, so the next reasonable option is a 30 year plan, but by the time you're actually done paying it off, you have already paid triple the initial market value of the home.

It is just a matter of how involved with the rent you want to get. You don't actually own your car either unless you have the M.S.O.

Most people don't own their land, that's why you pay property taxes, because you bought real-estate (from the ground up, house), you did not buy the land, the state holds the land in trust for you (cause the gov can't 'own' land, but you don't own the land either). If you own the land, as in you buy the allodial title to the land from the patient office, then you don't need to pay property taxes because you own the land. a guy nick named Johnny Liberty wrote a book about this.

get a wad of dryer lint to stash in your bag, it is highly flammable, light weight and very compact.

If I had my choice of government, it would be largely what you've said in the video along with there being a cap on government employee salaries.

man i was just saying the same thing you can not own property in this country total BS
snooch1975 1 year ago
@snooch1975 Thats been bugging me now for a while..we dont own anything..we rent..its only a question of liability.....after 30 years of paying a fixed mortage, your taxes alone will be the same as your payment was when you started..another rant lol..ty

This is why its not worth "owning" a house or land.

I like the idea of a 'fair tax' system, but there would be serious consequences of this system
1. Do you tax food and if so how do you compensate for increased food prices (no more room in the budget to subsidize farmers either)
2. The rich get richer in this system, and while that may not be a bad thing, the precedence has been set to try to socialize everything.
3. What about the black market

Legally, we, too, are government property. Everything within the confines of the U.S. border belongs to the government and can be seized at any moment.

Debra Medina (of Texas) said it best. "Property that has to be paid on forever is never truly owned".

Try soaking some in candle oil for a few hours, then lay it out to dry. You should be able to get that going with a spark.
Some wood already has a natural oil in it like "FATWOOD" that lights easily.

Many homes used to have Allodial Titles. This was true ownership but it has been outlawed in all states with very few minor exceptions. The only benefit to owning your home now is you get to paint , renovate and sometimes pay less in the long run than you would for rent ( if your smart). If you are more free spirited owning can also hold you back from accepting a new job, long term travel and other life decision that require you to move.
bonzaibb12 1 year ago
With immanent domain, you don't have complete control of your property.
I find it pretty strange you show everyone your "bug out bag". I mean, do you really have a plan or are you just going to wander around when the shit hits the fan?

.By the GRACE OF GOD we own a nice house and a good bit of land. Thank God it is payed for, but it never really is. Last year we where hit with over $11.000.00

I burnt some titanium swarf from my lathe as an experiment.
Fuck me, it burnt so bright I had white dots on my eyes for hours. Found it difficult to put it out too, so I reckon it'd be perfect for bug out.
Lights easily, burns slowly but brighter than the sun and cant be blown out.

You got the taxation system perfecly. Unfortunately it's not that way.
You can own a home if you buy forest land and build a home without reporting it to the city
