I am American and I love the way Alex speaks, it was just so common early on that he chewed over his words, or barely said a thing. This has been noted by TONS of journalists.

But, their older music, which they have admitted, wasn't as well thought out or really analyzed mechanically when they recorded their first two albums. All of the songs, musically, are very basic and simple, but for some reason they sound amazing. I can't explain it. It doesn't make any sense. I love the music they've been writing and I suppose that is al that matters.
