@PedoGiraffe have you not played Black Ops before. Scoping is random, and you HAVE to stay scoped in for at least a second before the shots will register on target. Plus, there is the sniper sway, which means that your scope (as you can hopefully see) sways like you're out of breath until you have been scoped up enough to hold it. If you think he cannot quickscope, try looking at his MW2 montages... he IS good, the game just handicaps him.
