It's PK7, the Promise Keepers band. This specific version is found only on the Promise Keepers' "Awakening" album. Really great album, IMO.

Beats me but I love it, this is the version we use at church on Wednesday night , I tell you what if I'm feeling down & this song plays it fets me so pumped up & it makes me feel happy again, you should see us at church espically on a Wednesday night AWESOME services
