  • Thanks for the clip Mike. My gym carries only single kettlebells and I end up trying to do double KB drills with for example a 55lb and a 60lb bell. I then alternate the bells for each set to even out. Is that safe to do? I feel like my core is working harder because of the slight offset of weight to one side. Thanks!

This is THE stuff I'v been looking for when the Clean is concerned, I now know what I did wrong in the first place by staying to tight, to rigid, no wonder I had a HARD time to bottom's up press the 32KG in the beginning, now with this info I suddenly Pressed the 32KG Bottoms up 3 times in a row! Thanks for this again! Very much appreciated! Keep 'Em Coming!
