easy way to kill the totems is with a hunter.

get them to make a macro :

/target (insert name of totem)

/cast auto shot

get them to drag that macro to a action bar and just keep on clicking it everytime a totem is spawned

Hobbs, for these kind of instances, try getting an engineer, because they can use explosives, these might get rid of the totems(also, try getting a shammy with the anti-magic totem)

or... get some EZ-throw dynamite if there is no engineer so u or some1 else can use it.

HOBBS .. big fan here .. Make a macro .. that says /target Whatever the name of the totems are ... or even multipul names .. spam that macro with auto attack or holy shock .. or whatever .. do some quick dmg to it, the spamming of that key would let you target the totems quickly and efficiently , . Seing as how your Consecrate and Ret aura do the dmg and hold the threat on the mobs themselves

For the question that Hobbes asks in the beginning of how he can get rid of the AoE heals, i have an answer. Get a hunter with a pet attack macro. should look something like this.

/petattack totemname

have him spam it. I'm not sure if it will work or if thats the right macro, but thats the general idea. In that macro, the pet will automatically target and attack the totems by name. I know for a fact that it works with shaman totems.

They can just sit around if they want to, since they're grouped in the same instance. The one thing you have to worry about, sometimes, is lower-level characters may not get as much experience due to experience discrepancy, or something. Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on that.
