This is a really great concept. I look forward to the day when robots can perform the rescue tasks that humans can't do, and thus saving more lives.

If I were trapped in a burning building, I wouldn't care if it were a human or a robot coming to rescue me.

In a disaster, command systems break down as authority lines of command break down. The central command needs to alert the autonomous robot and the uav and mds coordinate the rescue unsupervised.  The scenarios should be the effectiveness of the rescue. Skynet

Ok, in all fairness this video is by the Media Lab at MIT. Not Paramount Pictures or Dreamscape. So you have to forgive the "cheese" factor, which is alarmingly high. That being said... Nexi is an amazing piece of equipment. Somewhat creepy I admit. But not as creepy as an autonomous robot designed to be an exact replica of a human face. The fact is we are many many years away from achieving a true Artificial Intelligence robot.

Guys... It's just a machine. They can only do what they are programed for. There's nothing personal about it. Until they can feel like us, no reason to get emotionally attached with what they do, whether it be save us or kill us.

Terminator was a possibility. Matrix was a possibility. But it's science fiction. If we treat them well when they do become self aware and can feel, then we wont have any issues.
