you do it all the time using your own anchor.thats self signature.thats being yourself.

I just anchored conscientiousness and something else.. but I don't remember what the other word was. It was positive though, and that's all I really cared about.

The key is to note the positive connotations of words, and slip certain words in conversation and then point to yourself as you say them.

This requires a fair bit of understanding of language awareness and a bit of rhetorical theory IMO. It's worth studying.

I've begun using anchors. The question is, do anchors work with any style of communication. If you have a brusk self-serving ingratiating style, will making lots of positive remarks about yourself while pointing to yourself when you use the positive descriptive language.

My style is similar to Horatio Cane meets the Mentalist.

Unless this is just a semantic joke, the technique works the same with cats, but not the specific DOG technique because a technique solely create for a DOG would not work on your cat LOL

Embedded Commands are great.

I think the key to this type of stuff is to extemporize with it. Just do it, not totally without thinking, but be aware that you are strategizing and there is nothing wrong with strategy. I've been studying chess lately, and a lot of chess strategy can be analoguous to social strategies.

I can see this stuff being wicked in a job interview, although in other situations you have to be a bit more covert.
