  • The baboon baby died from the cold that night..it didn't cling to the leopard like it would to a baboon mother..being underneathe it or ontop of it for warmth.

  • Holy shit thats the voice of scar from lion king

  • @warrior152 Yes, indeed! It's Jeremy Irons, an Oscar Winner!

  • the leopard is tired of hunting down the baboon... then it planned to breed it.. starting from this baby then any time when its hungry it can go pick any baboon it want to eat... like us picking chicken from the chicken farm.. then later the leopard will learn how to cook from chef ramsey.. after that it will join the master chef competition and win the tittle as world master chef..!! goodluck leopard !!

  • @HelmetLawSux lmao you've got a very special way of thinking. i like it!

  • uhmmm.... I'm not sure this story will finish well ! :|

  • @kwinkatopolis LMAO!!!!!

  • At 2:08 that jump is so easy for the leopard! If i was gona copy that i would probably end up on youtube in a random fail compilation video!!

  • @TheTunerida thats why the term is "agile as a cat" and "cat like reflexes"

  • The animal version of brangelina adopting a baby.

  • its like a snack in your bag.You have it and when you need it......lol.i m kidding its an amazing video

  • That's beautiful

  • You know, i think we humans know less about animals than we think we do. Maybe animals do tjis because they know that they will remember each other until they die or the need for a mther is a greeter need than a need for lunch.

    touching story

  • You are reason my friends.. It's just blessed me when I've been a kid :/ and now I kill moskitos everytime :(

  • So sad.. poor baby died from exposer but at least he died with the love he needed

  • the narrator sounds like Scar from the lion king :D

  • She probably wanted to fatten it up and eat it lets get real :P

  • Mother IS Alwasy Mother

  • thas amazing

  • I never understood the people who film this! Can't they save a baboon baby??everytime I saw Discovery and BBC,they film un elephant diying, because he didn't drunk,etc..but they can save them, why they don't do it? ....(

  • @Harcho1913 Because they don't want to interfere with nature

  • @Harcho1913 they are there to document the reality of nature, not happy endings.

It is VERY sad but to help an individual is to take a side, and to take a side is to disrupt nature and potentially interfere with natural selection.

  • @Harcho1913 my friend its a wild////kill to live or be kill....first come first serve...u mess up little it it can cause u alot of pain//

  • @Harcho1913 The Prime Directive

  • well, if I found a baby baboon...i would take care of it too :)

  • the cat ate the monkey later on. it saved it if it didn't find food. that's the facts

  • poor baboon ;(

  • "Imprinting" ?? No, The Leopard was simply keeping it's meat locker fresh for future consumption!

  • the ending made me cry

  • so the baby baboon died because of the cold?

  • @Dru0417 we are leff to assume so...

  • Sahih Bukhari, Volume 8, Book 73, Number 29

    AllahuAkbar! Alhamdulilah!

At 4:00, the narrator sounds soo much like Scar, from Lion King xD Such a touching vid =], very beutiful but kinda sad too.

  • @FireSign27 I think it IS him. Jeremy Irons

  • allahhuakber wa lillahil hamdh

  • this case is famous , and very touching....Firstly ,the leopard killed the baboon's mother(to eat) , but didnt realised/see it has a baby...So she kind of felt regrets and sadness and felt like trying to save the baby...she didnt eat the baboon's mother until the baby , sadly died....The baby died because , a leopard is not a baboon and a baby needs mother's milk etc...It was a very touching story and no the leopard wasnt playing..it felt regrets ,.

  • this is what will always take me back to my home!!!!! wildlife and nature.......amazing!!!

  • what a strange leopard... Oo

but that baby need to die without mothersmilk? Oo

  • its just letting it grow up so he has more meat to eat later

  • The leopard wasn't taking care of the baby. It was just playing with it before it rips it apart and eats it, much like you can watch any house cat playfully toy with a captured mouse, before crippling and maiming it gradually for pure entertainment, and then simply gobbling it up when it's too tired and injured to move anymore. Nature loves violence and torture, and the cries of the dying. If that's not true, why is there so much of those things in the world?

  • @bamcis17 That's not true at all. Stop talking nonsense.

  • @bamcis17 Not at all , this case is famous , the leopard killes the baboon's mother , but didnt realised it has a baby...So she kind of felt regrets and sadness and felt like trying to save the baby...she didnt eat the baboon's mother until the baby , sadly died....It was a very touching story and no the leopard wasnt playing..it felt regrets ,.

  • Poor baby. It died in next to it's savior. The leopard is the babys guardian angel! *~*

  • @GiRluva1234 died the baby?.... that guy on the vidio doesnt speak about it...... how could u know that?

  • @scherenhaenden well the guys said that the cold wind finally quieted the baby and that the leopard left the body and went to find food. so i guess it means that the baby died

  • @scherenhaenden It'(s a famous story . It died . This leopard felt he has something to "repair" taking care of the baby..Because he killed its mother.

  • @GiRluva1234 Saviour in a situation the leopard put the baboon in, if it wasn't for the leopard the baboon wouldn't have needed saving...

  • This is so much sweeter than the lioness and the baby antelope. :)

  • I don't believe that this is anything other than good shooting. If you look at about 1:44 the leopard is clawing at the baby, who already appears to be missing hair and sickly. Then at 2:16 she picks it up by the arm and it's obviously in pain. The leopard is too rough for a baby baboon, it probably accidentally killed the baby. How would the baby baboon survive against "the winter chill" if it was with its relatively small mother, as opposed to a giant cat?

  • @TehBuhmDiggeee well, as it states at the end the baboon died from the cold. I think the fact is the leopard was trying to take care of the baboon, but clearly did not have the skill to.

  • aw..so sad ;(

  • If I was that baboon baby, I'd be shitting myself out of pure terror!

  • today i was feeding some birds with bread crumbs - i saw a sparrow get some crumbs several times & take them to one certain sparrow ( they were both the same size) & put the crumbs in the other sparrows beak & was feeding him - he feed him several crumbs - i thought that maybe the sparrow was sick or injured but he was hopping around just like the others & did not act sick - after a time they flew off together

  • Hmm i wonder how this monkey would have turned out, should he have survived. I know the likelyhood of that happening and how it would be fed is close to impossible, but the result would be interesting. A baboon with a predators mindset maybe?

  • wat happen to dis baboon now?

    is it grew up?

    how it manage to survive?

  • @xurious listen closely to the end... it died (the cold killed it)

  • its called maturnal instinct its usual found in a mother who lost her litter

  • Just Goes to show that Animals only hunt and kill when needed and not just because they can

  • Last month, my cat got lost.

The following day, another cat brought him home. Fantastic! The other cat protected him and guided him into my house! And then he went away. I think there's more in the animals nature than we already know.

  • @ViriatoII

Because the other cat knew where you lived. lol..... ?

  • @ViriatoII Well obviously. Cats are basically the smartest animals behind chimps and monkeys..

  • @ViriatoII liar

  • never thought about seeing anything like this,

  • Amazing.

  • i wonder about these type of things is this an act of animals bongding or protecting who they are not suppose to protect or simple a drawn out game of "cat" and mouse????????

  • lol at

    2:24

looks like the leopard smacked him
