Re: recycling in LB: Would LOVE to see mandatory garbage separation in Long Beach as suggested yrs ago to Bonnie Lowenthal during a Town Hall meeting in the eVillage. Council member Patrick O'Donnell was just asked for a follow up. Maybe Vickie Wippel can supply EVERY home or at least biz aand apt bldgs w/recycling containers.
