Really excellent proportions and balance throughout his physique. The presentation is smooth and unselfconscious and shows presence of mind, planning and more or less effortless control. The white background bordered by the red and blue is also a nice touch. Who would need or want to be bigger; if one's goal is to be strong, healthy and to maximize one's physical potential to be attractive? Aspiring young bodybuilders should view this video and use it as a model. Bigger is not better.
