@BennyI He used to be. Feldman was signed and immediately made into a reliever because he was sidearm. To my memory, he made zero starts as a minor leaguer and spent his first two seasons with Texas as a reliever because of his delivery, which was sidearm to the fullest, ala Jeff Nelson. One of the pitching coaches in the Texas system got the idea to raise his arm angle and make him a starter, and as they say, the rest is history.
