im making a plaza.... if i have a three stair... the height of each stair is just under 1 foot... how tall should my down rail be... i was thinking just under 3 feet but idk?

@399Oddball @399Oddball try to imagine in real life. what height of rail would you wanna have? if you want to have it let's say level to your knees, just use the default dummy's knee as your reference. =D

I dont street skate. I only tech slide both soft wheel sliding (longboard freeride) and tech slide (hard wheel sliding), and pool skate. Look them up, you'll like what you see. However, someone, and I mean you, thisismirul; should make me a nice park for tech sliding and pool skating. Thanks.

BTW you know how in pools theres like a mellow transition between the "deep and shallow" ends. Do you know how to make that on sketchup or do you just have to do exstentions?

I know a way to do it but it took a very long time and is a very delicate process. I am still trying to figure out a faster way to do it to make it more efficient. Basically the way I'm using currently is like 'Box Modelling' if you're used to 3D modelling especially in 3ds Max.

The other way around is to push/pull the surface, scale it smaller then push/pull again and repeat the process.

That would be really cool if you could design a park with, like different colored concrete to make it more attractive, but i love your old plaza plans, so like incorperate it like that, grass gaps, hubbas, curved ledges, manual pads, etc. :)
