  • Great job man! I kinda drifted out of it at like day 45 and quit :/ I started back again, but I had to get surgery on my knee so I've been lazy lately due to pain, but I'm thinking about doing insanity once I'm done healing, I like how it only calls for your bodyweight

  • You look FAB Tyger! I can't wait to get to looking "normal" again. In September I was 207, today I'm 168. Plenty more to lose yet, but I'm going to get there! :-D

  • goodness your arms got huuuge! Good job! I did it for a week then school started and I no longer had any time. Can't wait till summer to start it up again!

  • For the first 30-days, there was a large increase in protein intake. I ate lots of egg whites, chicken, fish, etc. I used protein whey through the entire program. The nutrition guide calls for 60% of your calories to protein from day 1-30. It decreases as you get to Day 90.

  • Oh, and I didn't use any supplements.
