I think Frank is one of the few guys that takes martial arts seriously in the mental and spiritual game. He sees that all martial arts are related. All martial arts share the same goals and basic principles. He is a deep guy. I feel the same on many of his issues. Nicely done Mr. Mir.

Frank seems really kind to me

Much respect for Mir. In the other video, he said he had some "hang ups" from doing other forms of competition and I felt for him deeply. I trained very deadly forms of combat for military purposes and now that I'm out, and would like to play around at local gyms, I get sort of locked down mentally because I can't eye gouge or ear rip or basically mangle. Thank you Frank Mir and Sub101! for all your services. Much appreciated!
