The stars don't function like a watch-- they accomplish no work, they are distributed randomly, they explode and crash into one another and drift aimlessly. They are no more "designed" than a field of rocks, which is also a complex arraigement. On the other hand, watfches do not occur naturally, they muct be built, whereas stars cannot be built, they can only occur naturally. The guy in the video is a crackpot.

@luvdomus a complex system like a watch must be designed intelligently in order to function properly. a star is billions of times more complex than a watch (idk an actual amount, but with all those atoms and photons and radiation, you can admit its entirely more complex) therefore a designer must be at the root of every system in existence because things dont just "have to exist"

Why doesn't this guy mention that although the universe is expanding, it's slowing down, and if there is enough matter gravity will pull it back into a big crunch, then start again! all his arguments centre around a single big bang universe, he uses Einstein's name to make his point sound plausible, very poor, light moves in time, but has no mass!

Where are you getting this idea that the universe is slowing down? This is COMPLETELY wrong and the truth is actually COMPLETELY the opposite. The universe is expanding at an ACCELERATED rate. That means it is SPEEDING UP. Not slowing down.

Well as it was explained to me, the universe is expanding at a reduced accelerated rate, in other words it's speeding up at a slower rate, so even though it's speeding up it's slowing (quite a paradox) ... ;O)

If I spill a glass of milk, the splatter is giuded by milk's viscosity, gravity's force, and angluar momentum. The Universe is a glass of spilled milk. It's not in exactly the "right" place. It wouldn't make a lick of a difference if I moved a star 100 light years to the left. It's a completely random scatter of objects that you are interpreting to be "ordered" when there is no inherent order that can't be explained by Thermal FLuctuations or Dark Energy.
